Q. How long will the Comfortaire airbed mattress last?

A. Your new Comfortaire airbed carries a 20-year Manufacturer's Warranty. As well as having one of the longest warranties on the market, Comfortaire also provides individual parts to your airbed. This is so that even after the warranty period has expired, should a part malfunction you can replace just that part at a minimal cost to you. Some other airbed companies don't offer this.

Q. How long will it take to receive my Comfortaire airbed?

A. Because we want you to start enjoying your new Comfortaire airbed as soon as possible, we try to ship all purchases within 48 hours after receiving your order. Shipping status is available within hours of your order.

Q. Why don't you sell foundations like other airbed companies?

A. The Comfortaire airbed was designed to be used with your existing foundation, or if you don't have one you can purchase one at a very reasonable price at a local mattress store. Shipping a foundation to you would be very expensive and the chance of damage to the item is
very high. We prefer to keep our prices low in order to better serve you.

Q. Will my Comfortaire airbed fit my current bedroom furniture?

A. Yes. If you are purchasing the same size mattress that you are currently sleeping on your new Comfortaire airbed should fit the same as your traditional mattress.

Q. What if there is a power surge, will my airbed be damaged or will it automatically deflate?

A. Many people ask if their airbed will automatically deflate should there be a lapse in power. The answer is no; your airbed will maintain it's firmness even if power is interupted. Although your airbed will maintain it's firmness even if your power is interupted by a severe thunderstorm or power outage, we strongly urge our customers to use a surge protector to protect your airbed from any power surges that may occur in your area.
