I am so convinced that you will sleep better on a new Comfortaire airbed sleep system, that if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days (according to the stated return policy) for a full product refund.

All orders aregenerally shipped within 48 hours unless backordered from the factory, in which case the customer is notified. Standard UPS ground shipping is included at no extra charge on all orders within the continental United States.

Shipping time varies between 7-10 days depending upon the destination. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska must ship 2nd day air for an additional charge that will be quoted at the time of purchase. All orders can be shipped 2nd day air for an additional charge depending on the destination. These charges will be quoted upon request. International rates will also be quoted upon request.

In the unlikely event that you do not like your new Comfortaire airbed, you may return it within 90 days, per instructions, for a complete 100% product refund.

Return Instructions:
In order to receive full purchase price credit, follow all instructions exactly as listed below:

1. The airbed system must be returned within 90 days of the factory shipping date.

2. The airbed must be returned in it's original carton(s) with no broken, stained, or soiled parts. The cost to replace any damaged items will be deducted from the refund amount. If any damaged pieces have to be sent back to the customer, the customer will have to pay shipping charges.

3. Call 1 (888) 252-1928, Mon-Sat from 9am - 6pm EST to receive a return authorization number.

4. Carefully repack the Comfortaire airbed system in the original shipping carton(s) and seal with clear packing tape. Carton(s) other than the original will not be accepted at our warehouse, will be returned to the sender, and no refund will be issued.

5. Send the carton(s) freight PREPAID to our warehouse at:

A credit for the original purchase price less any deductions for damaged parts will be issued to your credit card or the finance company immediately following an inspection of the airbed system by our warehouse manager. Your credit will be issued within five business days of receiving the product.
